By accessing or using www.galasphere.in (“Galasphere” or “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use this Platform.
Galasphere reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Nature of Service
Galasphere is an online event platform that enables users to:
Purchase event tickets directly through the Platform; and
Allow vendors to register and list event-related services through paid subscriptions.
Galasphere acts solely as an intermediary between event organizers, vendors, and users. The company does not own, organize, or manage any event listed on the Platform.

3. User Accounts
Users must create an account to book tickets or access certain services.
Users shall provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.
Galasphere may suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms or involved in fraudulent activity.
4. Ticket Purchases and Payments
All payments are securely processed through Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways.
A service fee or commission may be applied to transactions.
By completing a purchase, users agree to pay the total amount displayed at checkout.
Prices and availability of events are subject to change without notice until booking confirmation.
5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Event Modifications
Refunds, cancellations, and reschedules are the sole responsibility of event organizers.
Galasphere shall not be liable for any refund disputes, event delays, or changes in venue, timing, or performance.
Any request for refund or cancellation must be directed to the respective organizer.
If an event is canceled by Galasphere itself, refunds may be processed at our discretion.
6. Vendor Registration and Subscriptions
Vendors may register to list event-related services on the Platform.
Subscription fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, pricing, and descriptions.
Galasphere reserves the right to reject or remove any vendor or listing that violates these Terms.
7. Platform Usage and Restrictions
Users and vendors agree not to:
Engage in unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity on the Platform.
Post misleading, offensive, or plagiarized content.
Interfere with Platform functionality or security.
Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
Galasphere reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user or vendor for violations.
8. Accuracy of Information
Event details, descriptions, and pricing are provided by organizers or vendors.
Galasphere does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information and shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions.
9. Limitation of Liability
Galasphere acts only as a ticketing and listing intermediary and is not responsible or liable for any injury, damage, theft, loss, or inconvenience occurring before, during, or after any event for which tickets are sold through the Platform.
All responsibilities related to the organization, safety, and conduct of events lie solely with the respective event organizers.
Galasphere shall not be held liable for any loss of property, bodily harm, cancellation losses, or disputes arising from event participation.
10. Force Majeure
Galasphere shall not be held liable for any delay, modification, or cancellation of events caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or technical failures.
11. Payment Disputes
In case of payment failure or dispute, users must contact their payment provider or bank directly. Galasphere is not responsible for failed, delayed, or duplicate transactions processed through Razorpay or other third-party gateways.
12. Vendor Compliance
Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable tax, licensing, and regulatory requirements. Galasphere shall not be responsible for any legal or financial issues arising from vendor non-compliance.
13. Account Termination
Galasphere reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate access to any account without prior notice if fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected.
14. Prohibited Activities
Users and vendors shall not:
Create multiple fake accounts or manipulate event sales.
Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access.
Impersonate other individuals or organizations.
Violation of these restrictions may result in account termination and legal action.
15. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and branding on Galasphere are the property of Galasphere or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Galasphere makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of its services and disclaims liability for any damages caused by technical issues or interruptions.
17. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through written communication. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in India in English.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Galasphere and the user, superseding any prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
