Cancellation & Refund Policy

All ticket purchases made through Galasphere are final and non-refundable.
Once a booking is confirmed, no cancellation, modification, or refund will be provided under any circumstances, including event rescheduling or personal inability to attend.

In case an event is cancelled by the organizer, the responsibility for refunds lies solely with the event organizer. Galasphere acts only as a ticketing platform and is not liable for any refund or compensation related to such cancellations.
